St Patrick's food, a bit early

We had a St Patrick's day potluck at work today. I found these recipes and decided to try making colcannon.

It came out fine, kept it heated in my crock pot at work. Most of it went, so I was happy about that. I enjoyed it. I used russets, kale and cabbage.

A lot of work though, my kitchen was a mess when I got done.
