Eating good and exercising

Yep, I've been doing both those things you're supposed to do. And enjoying it! I'm working out 6 days a week and loving it!

I'm also eating healthy and frugally. Lots of rice and beans and veggies and whole grains. I'm enjoying it all.

Tried a cheese fondue recipe from shmoo's mother. Didn't care for the taste.

Awesome for you Barbara! Getting started is the worst of it, once it becomes a habit things are so much easier.

Have you read Joel Fuhrman's Eat To Live book? I'm reading it now, it's an awesome read. I realized when I was trying to do McDougall I'd always over-dose on bread or potatoes, and always missed the fullness that came with just a little healthy oil or nuts. Fuhrman's book discusses it, it's pretty cool. Tell me if you check it out! :)
